Shipping and Handling
Delivery quoted is to any single UK mainland address only – using a one man delivery to ground floor locations only.
Delivery is FREE on all orders within the U.K. mainland.
Delivery to Guernsey or Jersey will command a 10% Surcharge on your total order - we will contact you after making your purchase to organise payment of this 10% Surcharge
Most items are dispatched to the customer within 3-5 working days of your order being received. Where a product is not in stock or is on an extended delivery period we will email you to advise on an anticipated delivery date.
After placing your order you will receive confirmation by email which will fully detail your order including your unique customer reference number which you will need for us to check the progress of your order.
The majority of our smaller packet/parcel deliveries are handled by Royal Mail (1st Class), Amtrak or other designated carriers.
Delivery dates are approximate and no liabilty whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries, please do not arrange to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage.
On arrival all goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage by the customer or agent, should you find any damage please ask the driver to take the goods back with them, or sign the delivery document as damaged, or if you do not have time to inspect properly please sign the document as unchecked.
Please open all boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive, you have 7 days to notify Underfloor Heating Factors direct of any damage, if we are not notified of damage within this time, you agree to indemnify Underfloor Heating Factors direct in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days.
Please do not install your product if it is damaged, as once it is installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.

Please ensure that you give us the correct delivery address at the time of ordering your goods, as changing the delivery address can cause major logistical problems, time delays and sometimes even having to recall goods from our carriers back to our warehouse, repackaging and sendind out again in different packaging, changing delivery addresses could in some circumstances be chargeable at £15.00 + VAT to cover administration costs.
